Topic: What does this mean?

I see in a lot of profile pictures, mostly of teenage boys, they're making a hand sign that looks like the V for victory, only it's with both hands and the V is sideways. What does that mean?

Thanks, ese, that's it all right. I'm so out of touch with popular culture it's pathetic. What I get for living out in the boonies for the past ten years without TV. Luckily, this doesn't bother me at all. I've been laughed at often in my life so a little more won't hurt.
