well you know lex, i have seen several really cool cats posting away and getting overlooked by these women on mingle ladies, check back several pages (like on 8 or 9) and perv these cats profiles. click on the number beneath their pic on the threads and look back at the stuff they post. message them and lets get the success thread some new posts i joke around about there being an official mingle2 document titled "shoot bulldog down in flames" because it seems every woman i have contacted on this site has the same story. well ese, you are a very (insert adjective here) guy, BUT (insert various excuses meant to soften the blow of rejection), so just add me to your friends list. i do and i keep trying, because if KRUPA can find someone, there is still hope for the rest of us 
I think part of the problem is that it's hard to know who's actually here because they're looking for someone, and who is here for other reasons. And then there's that other category, those who say they're looking for someone but really aren't! If nothing else, a thread like this can serve as an opportunity for people to designate themselves one way or the other (or the other other, although no one ever admits that one) -- if I saw someone here who I felt might be compatible and who was near enough to meet in person, I would definitely want to know which category they fell into.... |
