What did you do to your back???????? I slipped in the shower and twisted the heck out of it. it huRTs like crazy ,especially when I try to lay down. I am ok standing and sitting for a while. But I have to keep getting up and moving around. I should go to the doctor I guess, but hoping this will pass.

I know. Its just been so cold and slippery here .didn't want to go out . Hopefully you will get better soon. sounds like you are really going through it these days.
