I loved exercising, hitting the weights for 2-3 hours feeling pump on my arms, triceps N abz hard, N run afterwards... thts how i keep myself in shape..bigsmile

Strengh training at the same time you are doing cardio will rip you up !
I run 6 klm's before work and hit the gym for an hour or 2 after. If you are not getting results using this method you just are not trying hard enough! smokin
Diet is also important. Everyone always focuses on carbs and fats when they are dieting but overlook the importance sugar plays in weightloss and fitness. Simple sugars are found in most foods and will seriously limit any weight loss attempts!!

Yeah, I have incorporated curls into my stationary cycling. Due to two wrecked knees from a car accident; I can't run anymore but still able to cycle. I also switch it off to kick boxing and of course doing weight lifting. I like to mix it up and work different parts of my body each day.

I just do push-ups and cardio on alternate days so I do something everyday. This helps build muscle and burn fat.

drinker try variations on pushups to keep it interesting. 2 of my faves are using 1 leg and using a bosu ball.
