you never realy do know the people that you consider a friend.
I had a ( friend) stop over yesturday to see if she could borrow a dollor. Well. I went to get my wallet to give her the dollor, and then she left.
About 5 min. after she left, I went to make a phone call. Well, I be danged!!!!! I discovered that my cell phone must not have like it here with me. Because it left with her. And all this time I thought my phone was happy with me
Well. Atleast they wont be happy together. I got ahol of the phone company and had the phone deactivated and locked within the hour.
But it made me ask the question, how well do you KNOW your friends?

a "friend" asked to borrow twenty five dollars and promised to repay me promptly. best twenty five dollars i've ever spent finding out how good a "friend" i had. adios, adieu and goodbye

you could have gotten upset, tracked this petty thief down and delivered some vigilante justice. having the telephone company handle it was nice of you

Thank you. I try my best not to let things upset me too much. And a phone is a material thing. Cant take with you when you die.
Plus. Like I told another person. My (friend will have to stand infront of God on judgement day and she alone will have to come up with the answer to why she took the phone when God asks her. Would not want to be her at that moment

Wow, I would be pissed if a friend did that to me. I was upset when a friend didn't pay back $100.00 that he owed me but its all good now as I had him work off the debt. I couldn't imagine any of my friends actually stealing from me. Two of my friends have the keys to my house but these are the people I also trust my life with.
