I have given up on actual dates so do not tell me mentioning my ex husband, etc. will scare off men. After my last date, my best friend the appeals court judge assistant has demanded my computer if I go out with another loser and she hears about it. What do you think about just friends in general male or female?

Honey, you need to chillax a bit! Not all men are your ex-husband and your profile sounds quite bitter and negative. So you've been burned - who hasn't? Turn it around and make yourself a better and more positive chick. I'm sure you have lots of briliant qualities, so use this opportunity to let people know what they are - sell yourself 'cos no-one else will. Good luck.

Only way to know people is to get out there and try. Plus..who's to say you HAVE to find a man. Can make some good friends along the way and possibly find that one special person eventually tea. Don't lose hope!

You are right and things have changed. LOL. One of my deployed friends is now more than just a friend and well, life is changing. He even said, you can't hold every jerk against me and I though between what he said and you said, you're both right.
