Dusk 'til dawn
Dawn 'til dusk. She sits. She waits. Greeting each new day with the same indifference with which she bids the old farewell. She lost, yet still loves. Flowers blooming in the graveyard, watered by the tears of loved ones left behind. In her heart, he continues to live. In her reality, he has ceased to be. A promise of forever, and forever it will be. Dusk 'til dawn Dawn 'til dusk. She'll sit. She'll wait. Until her night no longer gives way to day, And hand-in-hand, they'll walk away from this life, To love in the next. |

You have such a deeply reflective sense that flows from this expression. The reader begins to be drawn in, waiting, wondering if...will it always be this way or will there be a silent change that resolves the truth in love.
