When women wabt?

In their teens;
A cool guy; preferably with a car.

In their 20's:
A Hot guy; probably with a degree.

In their 30s:
A Red hot career guy who can afford a nice rock and a honeyingmoon to impress her parents that the money they dumped on her education and the wedding are not a waste.

In her 40's;
A warm hearted Dad type that helps keep the kidss in line so her career goals can start picking up speed and they can afford to buy not rent.

In her 50's;
A cool headed real man who sees her value is not just about her body but he still thinks she's hot even if there are occasional hot flashes and is planning for retirement and not just his midlife crisis.

In her 60's;
A man who just isn't burned out and hoping to retire early or get downsized with no retirement so she has to keep working and not be able to go spoil the Grandkids.

In her 70's;
A husband and preferably one still in good enough shape to keep driving to see the Grandkids without stopping at every rest stop for prostrate relief..

In here 80's;
A man she doesn't have to push around in a wheelchair.

In her 90's;
A man who still knows her name and who's medical bills haven't overcome their reverse morgage.

@ 100+
A partner to get their mugs on a Smucker's Good Morning America segment.

I thought they were after my vast collection of ear-wax figurines.

Nope...that is sooo last year!

I want a man that is strong enough to let me go through my emotions and still be standing as a man in the end; I want a man who is understanding; I want a man I can follow, trusting that he isn't leading me in the wrong direction; I want a man who can handle my high sex drive; I want a man who adores me for who I am; I want a man who allows me to adore him for who he is; I want a man who is self-sufficient; I want a man who dreams big and supports my big dreams as I support his big dreams; I want a man who works well with me, communicates well with me and plays well with me.

i see the word, "intelligent" often as a wanted atribute but what does the word actually mean to folks here? can't equate "intelligence" with "education" can you? is it "knowledge"? knowledge of what? i've my own idea of what i mean when i use the word but wondering what others who use it in their profile mean.

She wants to make him a "project," something she can work on and fix and change. Whether he wants/needs it or not.

well, let's see... an intelligent man is one who: thinks for himself, doesn't just follow the crowd; is smart enough to carry on an interesting conversation; knows (and likes) who he is; can think fast on his feet; keeps you on your toes, and makes you want to keep up with him intelectually.

I think intelligence too often spills over into arrogance. JMO.

I've seen that one quite a bit, too....!

And I don't want to give the wrong impression -- I'm not saying ALL women are like that. You know how much I despise blanket statements.

I'm just saying all women within a 500-mile radius of me. It's important to try to be realistic about these things.

Somebody who can read and write above a third-grade level, and who can discuss something other than booze, babies, American Idol, and shoes.
