You got to think like the predator,
walk like the predator, talk like the predator,
release the doubt of possible pain,
pain is your allies to be heard,
not to hide in some hideous trap.

Without warning we stumble
they call it “a rebound”
it sucks you so fast, you fall
bang your heart beats,
lungs gasp

then it's over,
as it leaves you there,
in a liquid light show,
In the air

go slowly now seize not to haste
the tides a sepulchral tones, be strapping's
a test of endurance
and truth to assert the taste

Recover the rebound
Put it in the past.
Oh but not yet...it's gotta sting,
like an acid bath,
Hear me cry, rip rot, and roar,
as my skin drips to the floor

Stepping on tic/tacks;
time will heal,
then I’ll recover
with a lesson revealed.
