thinking I should think first sometimes! I just yelled at some guy that was in my neighbors yard. THEN I called the police. (neighbors moving out right now).   
I laugh because I have done that. LOL, My kids are laughing at me!! Oh yeah, mom is so tough! 
The guy was pushing a cart and collecting cans, but then he just up and went through the garage and the house into the backyard. Sheesh. My kids keep laughing at me. LOL.
