treat her like you would a woman your own age - she is a woman afterall

if u are too uncomfotable to talk to her & ask her out, then an older woman might not be the right thing for you

Do you even know if she is a cougar? Being older than you doesn't classify as a cougar.

A good starting point is also to never assume all older women are interested in dating younger men.

Women like myself don't mind a dating someone a few years younger but would not date someone considerably younger than themselves.

Personally, I would just ask 'her' upfront. No beating about the bush, no insencere flattery...just ask!

I don;t get the impression that he makes that assumption - just the opposite

but I agree BBW that you have good advice - to add to your advice - the whole cougar thing has not helped - so if u truthfully are interested in an older woman - definitely lose that mentality

TBH (and I know his is harsh) some of us already see you as insincere before u even open ur mouth - partly because we figure you've bought into the whole cougar mentality and are just looking for an experienced sex partner to show u some new stuff

so just remember - most likely "we gotchur number dude" proceed respectfully from there

I am friendly to younger men all the time mainly because I work with a lot of them, but it doesn't mean I want to date them all
