Congrats to my son's high school who yesterday won the Div 2 State of Ohio Soccer Championship in Columbus Ohio at Columbus Crew Stadium!
The 2011 ( & 2010) Div 2 state champs are Archbishop Carroll HS in Dayton Ohio my son & his friends were here in town for the game (columbus) and he took them to Thurman's after - a famous burger joint in german village MY SON FINISHED A THERMINATOR! NO LIE - this will be very meaningful to any columbus natives in the thread |

Well done all ! Soccer, or as we call it, Football, is the BIGGEST game in Europe and there have been sum great American players here over the past 10 years.

Well done all ! Soccer, or as we call it, Football, is the BIGGEST game in Europe and there have been sum great American players here over the past 10 years.  yes! we will catch up to you Brits! someday! the game has developed tremendously in the last 2 decades!
I hope to catch a Crew game this year (Columbus Crew is our local MLS Soccer Team) |

I love thurmans! And there is no way in heck he finished that rediculous burger tower. I couldnt even finish the thurman burger.  my son said his hamburger was the size of a small child - I just cracked up laughing
I hear u BUT he DID finish it (good grief) he got the signature dollar on the wall

NO WAY! The Thurmanator is a 5 lb. burger. That's a massive amount of beef. Congratulations on the win... Soccer is just a great game.
