Trend Micro has one of the best Virus softwares I have tried. You can use their software for free at the link below. It will catch virus's, trojans, adware, spy-ware...pretty much everything. The one drawback is that you really need a high-speed connection to use it.

I have used this before, and I agree. It is good stuff, and really is free, and really works!

and it takes forever...so i only use it once a month...but it's definitely awesome.

My dad had bought the full version of PC Cillin and he gave me a copy (they give you like 5 to use) and it seemed to cause problems using WiFi. And it was slowing my computer down for some reason. I ended up better off without it.
