Today there was a small wild bird, using its beak to try and chip away our see through window door. It kept on flying into the door,..gues theres no explanation 4this behaviour,it did this for 2hours even after i gave it food outside.we have no birds inside,so iwonderd maybe its hungry.

Sounds like it was seeing its reflection and wanting to join, fight, or buddy up with "the other bird".

Had a cardinal doing the same thing on one of my windows a month or so back. Seeing his reflection in the window and thinking it was another bird in his territory.
