I can tell you at 40, I feel a world away from 30. But being a Southern Californian, I am a world younger than other parts of the country and globe mentally. I have always been able to avail myself to Los Angeles county within an hour and love my life here. I tried having a relationship with a small town guy who was 12 years older as people not from here said it was not that big an age difference. Well when you factor in age and location, it's a HUGE difference in mind set. I do not have a bucket list. I still have the list of things I want to achieve and do and see. I never did "settle down and have kids". While I am faithful in relationships, "settling down" would require lead weights at this point. While I was in the same relationship for 20 years and an uber wife for 16 of those, I was far from a "house wife". I think it all depends on your spirit.

I'm 33 and I don't feel old at all. So, maybe it's just you. |

I'm 51 and I don't feel old. I've had a bucket list since I was 25.
