Ahhhhhh yes!!! The toilet paper dilemma~~!!! I actually got into an argument with a co worker about this about 20 yrs ago~~!!!
As you can see from the picture.......its all wrong!!!! Toilet paper MUST be on the top...not against a dirty wall full of bacteria and microbes!!!!
