It says I have an new email, yet it does not show one. Can one of the sitemods look into this? I've logged out and back in trying ot sse if it was just a clitch to no avail. Thank you in advance for your help. BTW I have no filters on my mail-- so it isn;t that.

Moderators do not have the ability to look into email issues. Those will need to be directed to Charles or myself. If there is a username associated with the email, Please mail me the name. *edit, it is possible, the sender was a scammer, and we've banned them.

Ok. But how do I get it cleared so it no longer says I have a new email? Thanks Mark

It may not be possible to clear it, but it should disappear with a little time. It will surely disappear in thirty days.

Whenever that happens to me I look look at the sender from the notice in my regular email and search that name to see if it's still a valid account.

Have you reciently blocked someone? Sometimes when I have blocked someone that sent me an email before reading the last email they sent, it still shows up that I have new mail, but the actual mail is gone from my inbox. Then I just unblock them and delete the mail then block them again.

Then I just unblock them and delete the mail then block them again. No I didn;t block anyone, I think it may be like Mark said, just a scammer that got banned. I ;ll just have to wait for it to clear itself. Gonna be a long month., Thanks anyway Justme
