just wanted to vent.so i have been making big changes in my life trying to make it better. sometimes its hard not to feel a little down and out about some things and just fall back to where you were but there are also those days where you feel like things are going right and your making the right choices. How do you continue to stay positive and strong so those down days dont happen? is it really just time will tell lol?

I also think the next day will be better so it tends to make me feel better. I also think that no matter how bad things are for me; I think of those who are homeless, hungry, and jobless; so how bad are things really in my life? When it comes to changes; it takes time and sometimes we expect things to change quickly; so perhaps you should not be in a rush to see the results. Take it slower or take baby steps to change as it may be overwhelming you. Hope it all works out for you. |

My Grandfather said;
"change is like having water up to your middle chest line, so it would be wise of you to stop doing hand stands." I do remember that when things seem to not go my way, when I do all the right things. I found out that he was saying I should stand on my own two feet, stop having others hold you down. |

This may sound a bit childish..but write down all the positives/good changes that you have made and your reasons for wanting to make changes. Pin it somewhere where you see it every morning (or night). Keep reading it for as long as you need it.
It's worked for me! |
