Obama has blown the 2012 election, if the republicans wake up. The biggest political blunder in a presidential race was back in 52 when Ike said if he was elected he would go to Korea and end the war. The Demos should have jumped on it and counted the number of solders killed each day.

In Obama’s bill he has been waving around has in it a clause that says if a unemployed person applies for a job and not hired he can sue for monetary damages.

If the GOP does not nominate Ron Paul, Obama will get another term-and then we're screwed.frustrated

Even Ron can't get enough votes.

Unless something completely outlandish happens to show Obama is a criminal or something like that, which won't, he is a shoe in for 2012. I said it before and I will say it again the Party of Hate, Republicans are imploding from their willingness to embrace all the hateful ideals in the world. Tea Party candidates have shown they don't have the American people at heart for sure.

The only way Obama will get another term is if by some act of God Ron Paul does get the nomination. I know plenty of Republicans who wont vote for Paul under ANY circumstances and would vote Obama over him, same with Independants.

agreed....I may not agree with RP on all the issues, but I do believe he truly wants to lead this country back to prosperity. If you actually take the time to listen to his ideas without all of the hate-mongering sources that try and sway your opinion (essentially brain wash you), most make a lot of sense.

Public Policy Polling demonstrates that RP is the only candidate who can get enough votes beyond the GOPers to beat BO. http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/main/2011/09/florida-close.html

ETA: this is only a Florida poll, but I suspect the story is similar nationwide.

Again, playing devil's advocate, but you don't honestly believe that the democratic party is all sunshine and rainbows do you?

its more than likely not that simple,,, employers can still hire QUALIFIED applicants, but they have begun discriminating against unemployed

so it is probably insurance against being discriminated against SOLELY on employment status,,,

employers who can show why someone was hired and prove they are QUALIFIED, or that someone passed over was done so based upon job requirements and applicant experience or education really dont have much to worry about

The GOP would never let him get the nomination. He is too anti big government. They don't want someone that puts people before the government.

Your right, I have been bashing Ron Paul actually the whole time I have been a member here which I think I joined in 2010, I met Ron Paul in 2007 and yes I did get to talk politics with him since it was a small invitation only event.

O h and BTW, the only one polling ahead of Obama right now is Mitt Romney(Who I don't care for at all by the way). Perry is within two points and everyone else is 10 to 20 points behind Obama.

Actually, the way you bash him and are ignorant of his ideas I wouldn't doubt you discussed that. You want to see another person who is in bed with big business get elected like R. Perry so we can get in worse shape than we are now. Wake up. (You never did answer the question)
