How irritating is it to you when you can tell the person you are chatting with is trying to carry on a thousand different conversations, check the e-mail, play a game, and read all these threads??? Ugggghhhhh.....Grrrrrrrrr......
After all.....it IS all about ME, and I should be the ONLY thing on his mind! Right???

It is very irritating, but seems to be the nature of this type of interaction. Living in an ADD society doesn't help...makes it hard to keep someone's attention!! :(
So...how does a girl compete with explicit pop-ups, solicitations that promise to increase male performance (using a 20-something model), and dropping mortgage rates that would turn any budget-conscious man's head?!?! All that competition makes it hard for the real you to shine through..... |

The great thing about a computer and internet is you can do four times as much as you could without one in the same amount of time.
It's all how you look at it. I have my headset on and am talking on the phone and I usualy carry three differant conversations at the same time and no one feels left out. Though I come to find out that I'm not normal in any way.

I sometimes multitask when I'm chatting
with someone. But I always try to pay attention when they're sending me something. I like Yahoo Messenger (c) because it makes sound when someone sends something to you. Don't know if there are other chat programs that alert you. Anyone got any ideas? |
