Ray, how do you like your new home? I don't. Short answer but true. Tiz cold, no heating, no insulation & I doubt I'll be here next winter. This house would have been burnt by the local fire brigade in Kaiapoi years ago. The only saving grace is the roof doesn't leak!!

One of lifes greatest disappointments, the chain that was selling Baileys cheap in the South Island, isn't in the North, anywhere. Seems there ain't much call for anything 'cept beer,here in dueling banjo country.
