So this kid parents thinks he on his summer break and he fleas to libya to join the rebels, cus he claims he is "bored"
despite the fact the friends of him tried hard to convince him not to go. he went. The rebels thought he was a joke but excepted him anyways but now want to get rid of him. . he is too immature. heres the link that says they want to send him back. http://abclocal.go.com/kabc/story?section=news/local/los_angeles&id=8341013 This link is a bit better because it tells the whole story. http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/headlines/2011/09/ucla-student-still-with-libyan-rebels/ |

I wonder what made him really really really want to go. He was a math major, not like political science or anything. weird. |

Its a good school. The parents lost a lot of money. Its sad. This kid is viewed as a joke by the rebels. It's just a slap in our faces, as they sit and laugh at americans. he is viewed as their mascot. He's like the little goat you steal from your rivals school. Nothing more to them.
He probably will die and why should they protect him. He thinks this is some fun video game probably unaware of the seriousness of his actions. He is a total idiot. I feel sorry for his parents. |

It would be interesting to see what other classes were on his roster though and what teachers he had. I had some ???? ones when i was in college and their views were strong winded. It is likely a professor had influenced his decision. Who knows.
