I am a light skinned girl interested in black men..

if you are light skinned girl, why she says interested in black men. now, we all know what the color black is. what is the color of a black man? black men in this forum know what she is referring to.

Would a light-skinned black male (according to what she wants)be ok for this light-skinned female? you see it one way i see it another way.

I think if there is mutual attraction, it would be fine from what I have read so far.

Don't give up. I changed my search settings to find all male members of Mingle2 who list themselves as being "Black/African descent" (with "any" for all the other settings, since I don't know what other characteristics interest you) and was given a results list of 10,000+ matches. So, while black men may be a rarity in the community chat, they do exist on the site.

Wow, you guys can get really rude on here.....for those that questioned my "light skinned" description of myself, I am of mixed race, my mother is white and my father was black and Puerto Rican, so I am not all one thing or the other, therefore I put Other, because they didn't have bi-racial or multi-racial as a choice. As I also stated before, I am not closed off to dating men of other races as long as there was a mutual attraction between us, but in my experience that hasn't been the case with anything but black men, and for the one who asked, black men includes all shades and skin tones of black. It's about having common interests, similar beliefs, likes, dislikes, etc....its a subculture thing.....

I agree, this forum consist of a lot of different people, debators, insensitive ones, know it alls, jokers, and many who really understand, give good advice and want to help.
