Okay, there was no advance warning, so I did not get to share in advance or even prepare. Many apologies to my lovely girlfriends who got me thru my last few 'datees'...you know who you are!

Have been 'talking' to a guy online for about a week now. Work and home. He called tonight and said he could really go for getting out for a drink. Guess what I went!

Met up at a local bar at around 10:30pm and closed the place down at 2am. Time flew by. He was a perfect gentleman, would not even consider letting me leave the tip for the bartender and even offered to follow me home just to make sure I got there safe. Sigh. He called when he got in to make sure I was in okay.

We talked about getting together tomorrow to sit by the pool. I even felt comfortable enough to give out my home number. I'm shocked at myself.

So, my darling JSH'ers, it might be out there for me...and all of us. Get out there and it just might happen. If nothing else, I had a great time.

Now I shall go crash, been up 22 hours. I'm a sleepy girl.

Ahhhh, I think I have a hangover. Only 3 drinks over the course of the evening. I'm such a wuss. Going to try to hydrate and go back to sleep for a few hours.
