Pouncing is permitted only under controlled conditions.

1. The pouncer must be prepared to accept full liability for
their actions.

2. The pouncee has the right to nothing one the pounce is in
progress

3. Pouncing must be announced in advance.

4. Claims against accidental pouncing can only be accepted
if the pouncee states their claim within 100 years of
the pounce taking place.

5. Multiple pounces are carried out at the poncers own risk.

6. If the poncee deems that he/she has been unlawfully pounced
then he/she may claim the the right to a repounce.

7. At no time will pouncing be permitted if the intended pouncee
is partaking of Llama/chicken balls or copious amounts of JD.

8. Pouncing in multiple sessions is only permitted if the
pouncer has not partaken in multiple sessions more than twice
in the previous 10 minutes.

9. Unannounced pouncing will be allowed when those who have not
been previosly pounced on are made aware of the intended
pounce.

10. Communial pouncing is not advisable as it may cause bouts
of uncontrolable swonnicle swelling.
