Which are your favorite poets?
Mine are: John Keats (Bright Star! would I were steadfast as thou art- / When I have fears that I may cease to be/ Ode to a Nightingale / A Thing of Beauty Is A Joy Forever), William Shakespeare (Sonnet 116/CXVI / my fav: Sonnet 29/XXIX), Pablo Neruda (Love Sonnet XVII / Love Sonnet LXXIX) and Elizabeth Barrett Browning (I Arise from Dreams of Thee / Sonnets from the Portuguese 43: How Do I Love Thee / Sonnets from the Portuguese XIII). I also like poetry by Robert Frost (Acquainted with the Night), Matthew Arnold (Longing), Lord Byron George Gordon (She Walks In Beauty), Rainer Maria Rilke (Love Song / You Darkness), Edward Estlin Cummings (I Carry Your Heart With Me), Percy Bysshe Shelley (Love's Philosophy), Leria Hawkins (All For You / Carry Me Softly / Afterglow), William Wordsworth, Eliza Acton (I Love Thee), Elizabeth Akers Allen (At Last), and a few others. |

Quite a list of favorites you got there. I'm not to crazy about shakespear, but I like keats and I love robert frost. My favorite tho is a man named Edgar A. Guest. Look'em up.
