I was just curious...
If someone requests to be a friend...and you click on Decline, are they aware of it? and secondly if you request to add someone to your friends list and they never respond and then you cancel the request...do they know about that as well? I'm sorry if this seems confusing, I was just curious. Thanks...in advance. -Joanne |

You know, you stop having a pending request on your page and there is no new friend added, so yeah if they are smart they can tell.

Hi, a few days new to the site here. Can someone please explain the purpose of the friends part? Why would I have someone I don't know at all listed as a friend? Guess I'm just a little confused and not up to all of the ins and outs here yet. Any info is appreciated, thanks!

As you get on the forums
You'll get to meet people Eventually they will become friends ... then you'll know Who's on line and who's not I hope i helped a lil |

My guess is, no, they're not aware of it. Nobody even knows if their request was accepted, until Justsay notifies the requester.

Here's my advice- first think before deciding to decline or accept. Before deciding, ask them if they have a profile anywhere else onilne, so that you can check them out. And check them out. For example- if you want to check me out, you could go to myspace.com, and see who my friends are there. But be warned, there are at least 3 who don't have a pic.

You are puzzling, Short.
Tell me, how do people become friends? In part, by meeting the people they are to become friends with. Here's another example. When you were a kid going to school, and you saw other kids. Did you ignore them, or did you meet them and become friends with them? The answer, which ever it is for a person, such as you, says something about the person. |
