with a unrelinquishing thirst.
Walking unnoticed across
the sands of time.
Sentimental daydreams slow dance
by candle light.

So beautiful, nostalgic fantasies.
Exotic field of Gothic dreams.
Narcissism reflected by a blind mirror.
Eloquent wildflowers engulfed in flames
of passion.

Shadows of ancient languages flow like a
river across centuries.
Ageless beings, held captive by
a deleterious thirst.
Spreading their wings like a labyrinth spiderweb.
Picturesque archaeology a modern guillotine.
A swinging pendulum cutting through minds.
A source to quench their thirst found within
the social media of a immortal lair.
