How I draw your card.

To draw a card this is what I do:

Shuffle four times unless something tells me more.

Drop the deck on the table from a short distance. If it separates that is where I cut the deck.
Then from the top of that cut I count down to the ninth card.

Why cant i control my emotion? or how do i start to put it under control so that i will stop being hurt easily?

Emotion can be utilized to help you get what you want, and without it your life would be drab. Use it to your advantage but don't let your emotions rule you. Remember that everyone in general wants the same things. They want to feel important, have respect, be liked, be loved, be successful, be admired etc. Give these things to others you meet and focus outward to others taking the attention off of yourself.

Don't suppress your emotions, feel them and use them. Recognize them as a guide that tells you what you want and don't want. In order to get what you want in life you must know what you want. Don't take things personal. If someone is mean or unkind to you, that is a problem they are dealing with. It has little to do with you.

Find the right balance. Emotions are wonderful things. Do something that makes you feel joy and you will have better luck when you visualize and go after what you want. People who feel joy in their heart will attract love and joy into their life.

There is no magic pill to solve the problems of life and being human. Everyone tends to deal with it in their own way. When you are easily hurt, let that remind you that many people you encounter also have very sensitive feelings.

There are many damaged people in the world. Many seem to have lost their humanity. In a world of strife, war and cruelty, one of the most difficult things to do is to hold on to your humanity and compassion for others. I think understanding is the best remedy.
