The van is gone. I sold for $250. $80 of that was for tires for the truck. One of the tires is on the truck in the deal and the other three come on Monday now. Stu was going to get it but Oscar wanted it for his son. But then Oscar didn't want to fix it for his son but loaded engines in the back after I cleaned it up to go to the scrapyard to be crushed. I am getting back the battery and radio that was in it. Stu said he shot it with five bullets before it was crushed.

Today, Wednesday, I go after the 2000 Dodge Caravan. Lisa has agreed to take the $250 down which I will get from Kathy and then I will pay her the other half on my pay day, Thursday the 26th. The better tires on the truck look great on it. They are all Liberators from Walmart. Lisa reminded me she needed her battery like I reminded Oscar that I needed mine. So I will put that new batter I got for the old 86 into the double aught. I gave that radio from the van I had to Roger and found the remote for that air conditioner I gave to him. It seemed the capacitor had went out in the air conditioner and he replaced it.

Yeah. That is what Roger said to me when Lisa signed the van over to me after he got the battery changed over that she wanted to keep and we put the new battery I had just bought from the 86. Roger had to cut the ends off the battery cables going to the battery because they were real corroded. I repaid him for the new battery cable connectors and the felt under the battery right there as well as the ten which made me only owe him 200. So now I owe her 250 for the other half of the 500. As soon as I got to Allen's grocery with the white van I put 20 in the gas tank because Lisa had showed me where the overhead panel actually shows how many miles one can go till the van runs out of gas. It drives like a dream and Lisa said it was an one owner except her son and ex had driven it. Roger had stayed behind with Lisa after I left for gas since he is interested in her 98 Dodge Dakota four wheel drive. The 250 she said I gave her will go towards the repair of the Dakota. I really like my newer Caravan and Lisa said that I must miss the old 86. JJ wants to buy my truck now. Kathy said there was no way she could climb into it and Roger told me that I better hold onto the truck since I will need it to haul stuff. Today, I will need to put the 2000 Dodge Caravan on my insurance and get plates for it. It drives like a dream. A few dings and have to get that outside door handle replaced, Lisa said she would try to find it but she said it hadn't been on there since she had left North Carolina when her son and husband had taken it off because they couldn't find the keys. I guess that is why I have three keys to it now. I especially like the panic button and the key fob that lets you lock and unlock the doors.

Got the van licensed and plated. Revenue office let me save $14.00 by letting me reuse the plates on the 1986 van on the 2000 van. Cool.

Roger said he could solder the pin holes in the radiator and has a cousin or something in Harrison that can fix it. Now that the newer van is such a dream to drive we can do some repairs to the truck. Roger wants his welding clamps holding the fiberglass camper shell to the bed. He wants to put some rubber between the bed and shell. The little cargo light on the back of the cab needs the plastic bulb holder taken off and replaced with just a connector so that the light in the camper shell can be turned on and off by the cargo light button on the dash so the camper light can work at the back of the camper. Roger said that was no biggie and would be nice so if someone was in the camper shell they could have light or if one needed to have light when opening the hatch above the tailgate it would be convenient to have. I am like thinking a mattress back there and fishing and camping gear. Yeah. I am not ready to get rid of the truck. I mean if I get that yard sailing urge and need to haul something the truck would be idea. But for regular back and forth to work I will use the van since it is cheaper on gas. And it has that display that lets you know just how many miles you can go before you have to refuel.

The stop leak worked great in the readiator and so far doesn't need repairs. Got to get those 3/8 by 2 inch bolts so roger can have his welding clamps back. He put the bottom mop boards pieces in the room which are 3/4 by 3/4 inch. Room is basically done on the inside except cutting out for the air conditioner. Traded with Robert for some computer parts so will have wireless in the new room without having to drill a hole through the wall in Kathy's room. Also got a Dell USB Angel in the trade so I will be able to watch television on my computer monitor. I can have four flat screens on at once.

So cool to be wireless now and not have to drill a hole in Kathy's wall to my new room. Got the air conditioner mounted in the new room. It just going through all the moving in to the new room now. I asked Roger to hold up on building the new bathroom. I still want to do that but really want to extend the pump house so I have some where to go with all my junk. Also building onto the pump house with shelves in the extension will allow me get the front part of it organized and allow me to fix the floor from so many times that the pipes froze and bust out there over the years. I still don't know what to do with all them jars with jelly and jams. I am afraid to eat from them but know some of them are still good.
