Just for you Roberta. I'm so mean. 
SPECIAL K PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 1 cup of white Karo syrup 1 cup of white sugar 12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter 4 cups of Special K cereal **2 crunch bars** Microwave Karo syrup and sugar on High for about 5 minutes. Stir 2 or 3 times during this time. Combine in the peanut butter. Stir until dissolved. Mix 4 cups Special K Cereal. Drop onto waxed paper by teaspoons. Let set until hard. Drizzle the melted crunch bars over the top of the cooled cookies. Or use more chocolate then dip the cookies in the melted crunch bars. 2 Nestles crunch bars melted in the microwave, in a glass bowl or microwave safe bowl. |
