FOUND 'NOT GUILTY' OF MURDER
SHOCKER |

the prosecution failed to prove it's case,
plain and simple. they could not prove how the child died or if casey had anything to do with the death or not. nothing was proved beyond a reasonable doubt. |

I said she shouldn't be found guilty of anything but telling lies to the police and thats what happened. There was no evidence of anything. |

Right. They could not prove she did it and in such a severe case and with such repercussions the jury obviously felt they could not convict her.

she should have been on trial for being a bad mother, that would have stuck...

I thought she would get Manslaughter but wow, just wow.
Personally I think people like Nancy "DIS"Grace sensationalized this case to much. |

I don't think she did it, I'm sure they didn't prove it, but I thought they would find her guilty anyway.
I hope they find out what really happened. We may never know. Perhaps now that she has been found not guilty, and they can't try her again... (maybe) she will tell the truth. I doubt it. |
