lol... have you seen the monkeys in India that steal peoples drinks and get drunk? i'll see if i can find it

I was on a Conference call, but someone for Indian was 15 minutes late. She joined and said that some people were throwing rocks at a monkey in her neighborhood. It ran into her house, tried to touch her her baby in it's crib and when her and her husband screamed at it, it ran into the kitchen, opened the fridge, took two mangoes and ran out the back door.

I'd hate to insult a monkee like that, humans are the only specie that kills just to be killing. Amazes me how the American settlers tried to justify our government killing 80% of the American Indians while stealing their land, killing all the buffalo! If someone did that to us we wouldn't be so "civilized". Sadly we call ourselves a nation under God but we have the highest number of rapes, murder, horrible crimes than any nation on earth. I don't see animals killing their babies in the womb or torturing their youngs as we do. But I do know a few friends that might have fleas! Ha! And I don't like monkeys either!

wrong, there are a number of species that kill for whatever reasons they have besides food... male lions kill lion cubs everyday, not for food, chimps do it all the time, territory reasons i'm guessing, lots of insects kill for defensive reasons, moose, bears, wolves, dolphins... many animals kill for their own reasons... and don't forget, man is an animal too...

That's not true at all. Lots of animals hurt other animals for no discernible reason.

Male lions only rarely kill their own cubs and thats only if the cubs don't mind their manners and stay away while the male eats.

Male lions who have taken over the clan kill the cubs of the males who lost so it triggers the lionesses into heat so they can breed. Why feed some other males offspring when its easier to kill them to feed your own?

Territorial disputes aren't really "killing for no reason". And frequently, with chimps, they still eat the losers.

My boss showed me a video of an elk that pulled a wombat out of a water trough and nudge it with his hoof! I'll see if she can send it to me.

Excuse means to excuse. I see no excuse, I see an objective description. These things occur, that is fact without excuse.

To understand is important. Understanding may end up bringing a desire to change, but I see no reason to excuse human beings from being responsible for there behavior minus physiological issues.
