I just joined this site and was curious to see if people actually respond. I've heard from friends who've used online dating sites that they post a profile and never hear from anyone. Maybe it's because they aren't interesting or attractive, who knows. For those of you who have used this site, does this actually lead to interaction with new people? I'd like some reassurance before I take the time to read through profiles, message people, etc... Could someone let me know if this is a good site? Success stories?

yeah you will hear from people but realize you never really know who you are talking to on the internet and a lot of crazy people will respond.
