Corp. will start lowering discharge August 1, very slowly. my heart sure goes out to all the people affected by the flooding Could have been alot worse; they are spending millions on building up the leeves & pumping ground water back to the river. Going to be a huge bill, but Omaha & Council Bluffs are safe; so far.
