Kingdom of Sad
The jester played the King's court In a far away kingdom by a seaport Many of smiles he did dispense Letting them laugh at his own expense But the king stopped laughing at the jest And the people of the kingdom felt oppressed The king ordered his men to take him away To the gallows he went and his head on a tray Now the kingdom is the Kingdom of Sad Never again a smile they had In the sadness love faded away Thus no new born came their way The Kingdom of Sad's citizens grew old Weeping they saw no future unfold Becoming few and then they were none All faded away with the setting sun Now the kingdom once built of clay Is settled in dust centuries away The execution of the jester after a while Destroyed the kingdom for lack of a smile Bert Jimmerson 2011 |

Ahhh... but the Jester is more powerful than the King. It's the little things in life, something as simple as a smile that keeps the kingdom thriving. The king was so wrapped up in his own power that he overlooked the little things that truly bonds all together. |

Yeah, I'm afraid to dig too far in my brain. I may hurt something in there.
