Is it a deal breaker for you when your chatting with someone and you feel more like a suspect being investigated than actually trying to set up a date? How much is to much?

Sometimes it's so bad i begin to think they are a scammer with all the info they want to know about me.

Well, as a general rule - If you have to ask, then it's too much.

Not only that but I can tell it makes you uncomfortable, so when it reaches that point... here's your sign!

I dunno, there probably doesnt need to be too many questions, but the person could be either cautious or paranoid. It depends on the questions they are asking...obviously no-one needs your address, ss, or driving record. laugh laugh laugh

But I mean what's left to talk about on the date-SHEEZ...

some people have this addiction on doing background checks, but they need some info to search for you and if you tell them "woh i ain't giving you all that info" they have it in their head you have something to hide so they bail.I just don't undrerstand why they are so paranoid and expect people to immediately give them their personal info. Then again that could be another reason they are single.

I do that. It's not paranoia for me though. I just like to know that, I am not going to go out with someone, less then myself.

Only now and again. Just don't give much info away, until you're comfortable knowing them properly :)

scared slaphead Oh you mean its NOT socially acceptable to ask for their drivers license, social and address on the first conversation. DAMN. frustrated knew I was doing something wrong.

But seriously as one who has had the misfortunes of dealing with a few scammers, who obviously thought they were pretty slick. I tend to ask more questions if I'm scared that they aren't real.
You don't mean like the normal questions like "So what do you do?" Have any siblings? What do you do for fun? Or what kind of music you listen to? RIGHT?

I don't like when all they do is ask question after question as if they're interviewing me. Those kind of people tend not to have much to actually talk about.

I think this kinda pretentious behavior is more of a red flag for me than any kinda "background" someone might have.

Just sayin'.
