It is a privilege to be able be faithless! In the past if a person were to be caught by the Churches many followers who would blindly and gladly stab you in the back if you were to reveal any disagreements towards the Churches practices. One of which may be.. lets say... Buying your way into Heaven? this is where the rich would pay the Church to exsolve them of any and all of their crimes by just waving their little magical hands around and what not. I guess it was a good scam in order to get money to build a new crib.

I guess it was a good scam in order to get money to build a new crib. It is a privilege , to me, to receive Gods Grace. To some, its a privilege to have no rules, for others its a privilege to live in an organized environment. Its a privilege to some to have noone 'tell them what to do'. Its a privilege to others to have someone who cares enough to 'guide them' in the right direction. Privilege is, indeed, a perception as individual as the human being aknowledging it. |

I guess it was a good scam in order to get money to build a new crib. If I had experienced that kind of church, and wasn't a christian yet, I probably would be faithless too. ..but thank God, not all churches are like that. Just a suggestion: Focus on what is good...think on those things that are lovely...focus on your dreams..not the ugliness out there. By doing so, you will then be able to REALLY make a difference. |

Its a privilege to be alive, and free to be allowed to make our own decisions,

I really like that.. I should add, "never forget the bad because it defines the good, keep it in your mind but never let it guide you"

You can have faith & still disagree with the church and organized religion, but being faithless...as in NOT believing in anything at all is no privilege IMO! It's a self-made prison of despair.

It was meant in the context of religious faith; leaving it up to god to bla bla bla.. well then label me faithless! I don't just leave things up to god, I actively work at bettering myself and my life! I do however, trust in divine guidance and healing throughout my journey. |
