I'm not attracted to "skinny" at all. Well built and average to chunky are okay. Skinny seems too.... bony and tense. Skinny dudes are often very high strung and nervous. They can't sit still and relax. Or else they are weak and awkward.

Oh how we pre-judge people! whoa

This is not pre-judgement at all. Its personal experience. It has to do with body type, energy and chemistry. It has been my personal experience that tall strong nervous skinny dudes who can't sit still or relax just make me up tight and I am not attracted to their chemistry.

Its experience. They could be great friends but as far as sexually attractive or a relationship, much too tense and intense for me.

That is not pre-judgement. The question was would I date a skinny dude. The answer is probably not.

I'm not sure how I feel about these threads. Are they superficial? Judgmental?.....or just brutally honest? I dunno'. I never really thought I had a "type". I like people mostly for who they are.

This is an amusing little turn here though.....all these question........

Ummmm, I have never been attracted to slim men, not really even tidy men, I like a man who makes me feel small.

Yes, there are body types. Yes there is something called "chemistry." If you have never experienced it, I will just say .... its wow.

I have felt "chemistry" with the most unlikely men. Men that I would not want to date... but my body had different ideas. I had to run the opposite direction. LOL laugh laugh

Then I have met men who I really really like intellectually, but there was no chemistry.... nothing.

I did one of each, and neither marriages worked out.

Apparently you need to be intellectually compatible and have chemistry for it to work. slaphead

No, I'd rather he pack on a few extra pounds than be skin & bones. I usually go for big & stocky build. Nothing like the man I'm with now. But, can't help but love the guy!!! Personality & heart baby!!!

I was skinny until my early 40s. Let me assure you, I've never had trouble finding a date.
