I have to agree with Josie on this one. As a mother of adult children, I think that is something that has to be considered - you are not the only one being photographed there - pregnant nude photos are popular with many but popular does not always mean that something is the best course of action.

I would recommend photos with you clothed but clearly pregnant.

Despite how we, as outside observers feel about such images, and pregnancy is beautiful, it's ,more important to consider how all of this will appear to your children as they age....just as you'd consider how any nude photography would appear to your children

I think the best idea would be to make sure your comfortable for the shoot. Maybe in a place with some various nature like themes that would convey a theme. But comfort I think is important for the one being shot since if its not comfortable its more noticeable to those who view them. A comfortable natural expression can make an awkward photo look like a great picture and really capture life as it is.
