Totage, thanks for the compliment. And, you're right. . .it's not just a number. People say that to justify being with someone much younger. I am just saying this so maybe you at least think about it if someone say 36 says they like you (you said 38 was as young as you would go). That is not that much younger than you are and maybe they would be your soul mate... A couple years younger than what you normally go for is not a big deal. Many, many years younger/older tends to be a bigger deal. But really, if someone has an age preference, why try to talk them out of it? |

Can someone please tell me why I continue to get requests from very young guys?!! I KNOW I don't so young and I even put my age out there! I'm 41 yrs old and turn 42 on Mother's Day. I indicated in my profile page that I'm a century old and I still get emails from 20 something boys.

Woe woe woe..! We young studs arent that bad as we appear. Not untill chick starts teasin us.. Well, i myself like older women probably a milf.. Lol yeah i agree some youngsters are pevert, bah but thats the generation X

Can someone please tell me why I continue to get requests from very young guys?!! I KNOW I don't so young and I even put my age out there! I'm 41 yrs old and turn 42 on Mother's Day. It happens to me as well! It's very annoying to say the least
Most of the ones who email me are 18 and 19 years old

People say that to justify being with someone much younger. no it;s not to "justify" anything and that's not why it's said I mean I'm sorry you are bothered by young men viewing you and 20-somethings are too young for me too but that doesn't mean I won't talk to them....age is just a number is in reference to consenting adults who do not mind dating older or younger tho u are annoyed - you also sound a little judgmental which can offend some who simply have different preferences than you do I think a feature where we can restrict who views or messages us by age - gender - AND geographic location would be great |

I got carded at age 38(mother of 4 kids) at a college bar( was there with younger friends) Almost gave that guy a kiss!!!!

Crazyed, no, age is not just a number. If that were true we wouldn't have laws against child molesters. Anyway, I can't see having anything in common with a twenty something year old. Even anyone younger than 38 (for me) is too young. But, that's just me. A bit of an extreme, no? Anyway, just don't answer them...Pretty simple. And yes, age is in fact just a number consisting of two digits, only difference is experience of said number. |

Happens to me all the time. While I find it flattering, 22 is not a guy I'd date. I have an 18 year old and would feel like a child molestor. I don't agree that age is just a number, certain things like life experiences come into play. I'm looking for someone who has been through them, is done sewing their oats, and is in the same life place as I am. Although, correct me if I am wrong LOL I am meeting men mid 30's and up who think they are still 22 and are just out for a fling, think texting is a way of communicating, or think you are their girlfriend after one date. Ahhhh, single life is fun! What happened to courting a woman???? I would love that!

To me age is just a number and it is not to be with someone younger. There are people in their 20's that act like they are 40 and people in their 40's who act like they are 20. agree....some people are much more mature for there age and others not so. It's what you and the other person feel comfortable with. |
