I think that successfully overcoming it can make one stronger.. Giving into bitterness and holding a grudge will only make one weaker... yes...I think all the responses here are great as well!!! josie...def. and inspiration and everyone here in mingleland has helped me through all the healing I have done from the last 2 LTRs that I've had! thing is, the ex bf & I are closer friends now that we have stopped being bitter and I spent and hour or so this morning talking with him about the ex hubby. Still feel like I am healing from that one, but I am healing finally so I am happy. Not ready for another relationship yet, but my heart is no longer shut off to the world :) |
