I don't know about Texan type people, they seem to like chilli that requires the local fire station crew, & a gang of para medics on standby, diabolical chocolate in a never ending stream, & for all I know, deep fried sushi made from rattle-snake fillets

I like it spicy not leaving my eyes watering and my tongue hanging out
