Yo,
So a feel good story for this Friday afternoon. Approximately a year ago I weighed 385lbs. I wish I had a picture of it, but I destroyed all of the old pictures of myself. However, I am proud to say for the first time in a long time I tipped the scales at less than 300lbs. Granted it said 299.6, but it didn't say 300!! Now just 65 more to go.
