In a 6-3 decision, the court decided that a convicted felon has the right to seek DNA testing that was not used at the time of his conviction.

And .... a not so great decision. That one caused quite a stir in the liberal sources I listen to, but in the end, the consensus was that it was the right decision. The First Amendment is more important than some hurt feelings.
