Symphonic metal kicks *** too :P That and some of Power Metal. (Combining both) I'm quite fond of some of Suspyre, Demons and Wizards, Sonata Arctica, Nightwish, Timeless Miracle, Rhapsody, Masterplan, and DragonForce. Not sure if they count, but I'll throw in Iced Earth and (for their influence) Helloween.
