It is now irefuted science that stress causes 90 to 95% of disease. However, medicine still believes they myth that genes control much of our biological health. Science has shown after the genome project that a human would need over 125000 genes to account for all characteristics. Since we only have about 23,000 there goes that theory. Even back in the 70's cellur biologists discovered that it is the environment of the cell that influences DNA and therefore genes.
Many keep swallowing the nonplacebos preached and prescribed by most medical practitioners.

Except for one prescription of antibiotics and novacain when I had a shattered tooth pulled, I haven't taken any medications in 22 years and I haven't had a cold or anything since.

I'm a firm believer that stress, drugs and/or diet have a huge affect on one's health.

Agreed. Stress is hard on the body. Be aware of how closely the mind and body work together. Stress causes hypertension, heart disease, I've seen stress literally put my brother into his grave.Certain types of cancer, I still believe it's strictly genetic. You either have the gene or you don't. Preventative cancer such as colon cancer, that's a matter of good health and screening.

Stress will sneak up on you.
