Right now anything I can get was working in a office for 12 years before I got laid off and I have waited tables in the past.... But I have been putting applications in everywhere that I can think of lately.

Some day I'll figure out how to "quote" correctly. you just did.. Sort-a-kinda but it was a struggle.

Worked for a construction company that put in underground cable...Was the only one in the office so I did a little bit of everything..

Well does everyone have plans to watch the Super Bowl somewhere today? Me guess I will be one of the 5% watching it alone not that it is a big deal for me since I normally don't watch football...

Hi my Texan Friends. I was talking to my sister in Arlington last night and she was telling me what a mess the roads are down there. I hope you are all getting around safely. She is a reservationist for AA and was saying how there are so many cancellations because the airports have shut down runways. I feel sorry for the businesses that were counting on the sales from the Super Bowl. The weather must surely be hurting them. I was invited to a party tonight but opted to watch the game alone. The roads up here get icy at night from the melting during the day so I decided driving was not a good idea. Besides it is more comfortable watching in my jammmies LOL

Sure it did hurt a lot of the businesses that had planned on the sales. Several things during the week had to be canceled due to the ice. But today it is already 40 and suppose to stay there all day. They opened up the gates to the Super Bowl at 10am this morning and the parking lot was filling on up for the tail gate parties to begin...
