This is the first time I made one. I believe I go the recipe from Mary?
Any ideas on what to do with chiken legs? I bought a package the other day but not sure what to do with them besides just plain old frying them up.

I am going to have to as I can't even begin to do something like that. Had one guy give me an estimate last fall for it. shocked But the wall is starting to buckle so really don't have a choice in the matter.

I prepared chicken legs last week. Dip them in butter milk and a mixture of flour and Parmesan cheese. Then bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes. Covered with foil. for the 45 minutes then remove foil turn up the heat to 425 cook for another 15 minutes.

I hate to spend the money but... It would be worse to come home one day and have your wall caved in.
Plus then they will have to dig up the back yard, which means my flower bed.rant Not looking forward to it at all.

Oh man....I wouldn't be looking forward to it either. But you're right...it could turn into a really big mess...would it hurt your house? That is a stupid question...slaphead

I am hoping that they won't have to jack it up or it could crack the upstairs walls and floors. My sister in law had her basement wall done last spring and her upsairs wals and floors all cracked. If the foundation hasn't sagged I should be ok. But then I'm not known to have the best of luck.

Good morning, friends. PVC pipes are re-glued and the large capacitor is replaced. I have water, again. I am getting to be an old hand at this.laugh
