What about a friend who you trust, have trusted for many years. A friend who has also entrusted you with his/her secrets. And then betrays your trust? Maybe not by blabbing but rather by up and leaving your life for good and ever. This happened to me, it was very much like a death, the way she disappeared. It took me a long time to get over this kind of breach of trust. I'd rather you blab my secrets than abandon our friendship.

I share EVERYTHING with my bestfriend...he's known me since I was 13,and we became like white on rice..strickly platonic, although we even discussed having sex but decided it would infringe on our friendship...which we value to the core... He holds nothing back which I admire, he'll let me know when I'm being a real jerk..:) oh and I in turn... 
Note: I should mention that we didn't start talking about sex until we were much much older, just thought I'd mention that...:)

dont know if i could trust many, for there was a guy i was with when my daughter was little and i told him a secert that was very private to me, and when we broke up he told his mom
